    Texas

On May 21, 2008, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) adopted new rules on recycling computer
equipment. As a result of the new recycling rules the TCEQ has imposed, TriGem USA is offering a drop-off and
mail-back program that meets the requirements of the Texas recycling requirements. The program is accepting all
current and past Averatec branded PC's.

To recycle an Averatec PC, you can drop-off your electronic waste to Asset Management & Services. Their location
and hours of operation can be found at www.retirepc.com. If the drop-off location is inconvenient due to distance,
you may contact our customer service department at (714)429-8999 to request a box with a pre-paid waybill sent to
you so you can send the unit to be recycled. Regardless which option you choose, there is no fee for submitting your
PC for recycling. To find out more about Texas's e-waste and recycling laws, visit:

    Washington

The Washington Department of Ecology finished adopting WAC 173-900 in 2007, requiring computer and television
manufacturers to provide consumer-convenient recycling of their covered electronic products (CEPs) throughout the
    state beginning January 1, 2009.

Covered electronic products are computers, televisions, computer monitors, and portable or laptop computers used
by households, small governments, small businesses and charities.

TriGem USA will be participating in the Washington State recycling program by financing its share of the recycling
cost. For more information on how to recycle CEPs in the State of Washington, please visit :
